MVA Financial Services’ Director, Marivic Ayap-Flores established the company with the goal of assisting people achieve quality life through investing into properties with good finance structure and effective asset and risk mangement in place.

She and husband Rolly have been doing “the strategy” for the last 10 years and are now looking after a huge data base of clients who wants to follow their footspes. Marivic and Rolly’s  main source of knowledge is their own experience and their success have given them credibility that no money can buy.  But she did not stop there.

Marivic’s passion of meeting her clients’ expectations and needs motivates her to further advance her knowledge by continuous education in the areas of finance and risk management.  She actively attends Professional Development programs sponsored by Choice, ALI, lenders, funders and other related companies so she is up to date with current issues in the areas of finance, insurance and property investments.
